As an Oracle Cloud Systems Analyst, you will be part of a dedicated team responsible for the configuration and support of software application systems within the Finance Organization at Vashipra. This intermediate-level position requires a blend of technical, analytical, and consultative skills to deliver finance processes for Oracle Cloud General Ledger, FAH, Lease Accounting, and integration assistance with various boundary systems. Your role will involve combining functional expertise with accounting and business acumen to conduct business process and requirements analyses, solution assessments, and preliminary cost/benefit analyses, all aimed at aligning information technology solutions with Vashipra's business strategy. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing open cases and issues, troubleshooting them, or assigning them to other team members for resolution. You will coordinate with vendors for required support, opening tickets, escalating issues, and following up as necessary. Your support will extend to financial systems, including custom integrations and the development or updating of existing BI/OTBI Reports in Oracle Cloud ERP. You will analyze the impact of configuration changes from foundational structures to extensions and downstream systems, ensuring data integrity and governance by supporting large and complex data imports and extracts. Collaboration is key in this position, as you will work closely with both onshore and offshore teams, as well as middleware teams. You will provide analysis and consultation on the implementation of new software application products or new modules in existing applications, executing unit, integration, and acceptance testing. As a subject matter expert and finance functional owner for Oracle Cloud ERP, you will keep up to date with application functionality, training, and releases, while also engaging in hands-on configuration of applications and supporting releases, patches, upgrades, and enhancements. Your primary focus will be on supporting the Oracle Cloud General Ledger, FAH, and Lease Accounting modules.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • • Review open cases/issues and troubleshoot or assign to other team members for resolution.
  • • Coordinate with vendors regarding required support by opening tickets, escalating and following up as required.
  • • Support financial systems including custom integrations and develop or update existing BI/OTBI Reports in Oracle Cloud ERP.
  • • Analyze impact of configuration from foundational structures to extensions to downstream systems and integrations.
  • • Collaborate and work closely with the onshore/offshore and middleware teams.
  • • Ensure data integrity and governance by supporting large/complex data imports and extracts and validating accuracy through reporting and queries.
  • • Provide analysis and consultation on the implementation of new software application products or new modules in existing applications.
  • • Execute unit, integration, and acceptance testing, supporting the functional team with required screenshots and system steps for testing and change management.
  • • Act as subject matter experts and as Finance functional owners for Oracle Cloud ERP, keeping up to date on application functionality, training, and releases.
  • • Hands-on configuration of application(s), evaluating impact and supporting releases, patches, upgrades, and enhancements.

Qualifications:

  • • 5 years of Oracle ERP Financials related experience architecting and delivering all aspects of ERP solutions using EBS and Fusion applications
  • • 1 years of Oracle Cloud Financials experience
  • • Involvement with a minimum of two full life cycle Oracle Financials implementations, of which at least one should be Oracle Cloud Financials
  • • Ability to configure all ERP Cloud Financials applications including Cash Management, Fixed Assets, General Ledger, Payables, Receivables, and RMCS
  • • Demonstrate strong proficiency in all functional aspects of Cloud Financials application solution design, configuration, integration, and deployment
  • • Deep understanding of all Finance business processes including accounting and corporate reporting standards
  • • Excellent problem solving and debugging skills with experience in troubleshooting issues for ERP Cloud Financials
  • • Experience with Multi-currency and multiple Legal entities.
  • • Strong analytical skills and ability to think in a complex and rapidly changing environment
  • • Excellent oral and written communication skills
